The brand name, logos, visual identity, software architecture, editorial copy, interactive UI elements, illustrations, and database schemas belonging to INTERNET'S ANSWER are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, copied, or exploited without prior written authorization.

2. User-Generated Content Ownership

Authors retain intellectual property ownership over the original content they create and publish on the platform. Users warrant that they hold all required rights, licenses, and permissions for any text, images, or media included within their quizzes.

3. Operating License Granted to the Platform

To enable service delivery, the user grants INTERNET'S ANSWER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license for the legal term of copyright protection to host, store, technically reproduce, display, statistically aggregate, and distribute user-submitted quizzes across the platform and its official communication channels.

4. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA / LCEN)
